In this Satsang, Ma reads and explains the ‘Prabhata Rashmih’ chapter, where Swamiji explains that moments of purity, devotion, and elevation experienced in temples, Satsangs, or Ashram should not remain temporary emotions but must be preserved through introspection, fondness for noble ideals, and sincere effort. Association with enlightened people deeply influences the mind and can transform one’s personality, if their guidance is remembered and assimilated.

The Satsang had with knowers of the Truth — with people devoted to knowledge and realization — is unique and holds a special place in spiritual progress. The impressions gained through such association must be reinforced through contemplation, and practice.

Using examples from his own life, Swamiji explains how values become transformative only when they are loved, assimilated, and expressed in behaviour. If a seeker loves a value, then he must mould himself according to that value wholeheartedly and consistently and become exemplary.
