In this Satsang, Ma reads and explains a chapter from Poojya Swamiji’s book ‘Prabhata Rashmih’, in which he highlights the importance of Shraddha. He emphasizes that Shraddha is a quality that should be necessarily imbibed by a seeker. A Sadhaka must have Shraddha in handling his senses, mind, intelligence, and personality. Shraddha makes him a constant examiner of himself, a relentless purifier of himself.

Even the most mundane activities give the seeker an opportunity to cultivate shraddha, which lies in doing every task with perfection and attention. The manner in which one does all activities reveal the level of one’s sensitivity and attention.

A seeker must give Jnana (knowledge) the highest position in life. There must be a constant note of restraint, refinement, and discipline. To pursue Sadhana in the right manner, to observe the mind, to resort to disciplines and austerities, all need cultivation of attention and sensitivity.
