Sublimation arises from understanding that all experiences are the play of the guṇas, while also recognizing the higher reality beyond them. This awareness helps one remain balanced and inwardly refined.

Mere repetition of mantras is not enough unless it is done with the right attitude and sincerity. One must continuously ask: Am I progressing? What disturbs my mind? What desires are causing restlessness?

Introspection should become an ongoing practice, especially during quiet moments. It reveals both strengths and weaknesses within, enabling one to discard negative tendencies and cultivate positive qualities.
