In this session, Swamiji explains that true spirituality is not about belief in a creator God but about discovering our real identity through self-inquiry.

Early thinkers, Rishis, turned within to ask, “Who am I?” Through this inner inquiry, they discovered the witnessing consciousness in which the body, mind, and entire universe appears. This realization dissolved the sense of smallness and separation, making them expansive and universal. From this vastness naturally arose love for all.

The feeling of competition, jealousy, greed, and comparison arises from a limited identification with the body-mind personality and results in suffering. Seekers should strive for expansion of the mind and rid themselves of all suffering.

Practically, even without spiritual pursuit, cultivating depth, calmness, and self-seatedness improves performance. By discovering inner depth, one remains stable amid criticism, conflict, or comparison, responding wisely to situations.
