A two-day youth retreat was conducted in Irvine, during the USA 2025 Jnana Yajna. A group of youth had the opportunity to listen to Poojya Swamiji, Ma and Nutan Swamiji and also had informal session with each of them. The topic of the retreat was *Cultivating a holistic personality to navigate your day-today life* .The participants expressed that, the whole program was an eye-opener and inspired them to take further challenges in life with confidence and peace of mind.

In this session with the youth, Swamiji emphasizes that the body is only the external aspect of our personality. The inner personality consists of the mind, intelligence, and ego. The senses are superior to objects of the world; the mind is superior to the senses; intelligence is superior to the mind and most superior is the Self.

To handle life, one must be able to nourish, and handle the mind, intelligence, and ego. The focus should be on strengthening and harnessing the inner personality. Every individual must understand their own personality, the world around them and the interaction between the two.

Swamiji urges all the youth to change their evaluation of themselves and of the world. The intelligence must draw inspiration from the Self and this inspiration must be transfused into the mind, which in turn should employ the senses judiciously. Such a personality is an integrated personality. Spirituality is the art and process of accomplishing this integration.
