In this informal session, Swamiji replies to a wide array of questions ranging from professional challenges to Bhakti and Jnana.

Dealing with colleagues who avoid responsibility requires a shift in attitude rather than resentment. One should not expect everyone to meet personal standards or develop dislike toward them. Instead, teamwork should be approached with a spirit of unity, mutual support, and shared purpose. By focusing less on “my work” versus “others’ work” and more on contributing to the organization, one grows in efficiency and harmony.

Swamiji emphasizes that life need not have a fixed purpose; like nature, we are meant to blossom naturally. Spirituality begins when the mind starts the process of enquiry (vichara) into God, oneself and the world.

Bhakti (devotion) and jnana (knowledge) must complement each other—neither is complete alone. True devotion leads to understanding, and true knowledge deepens devotion.
