A two-day youth retreat was conducted in Irvine, during the USA 2025 Jnana Yajna. A group of youth had the opportunity to listen to Poojya Swamiji, Ma and Nutan Swamiji and also had informal session with each of them. The topic of the retreat was *Cultivating a holistic personality to navigate your day-today life. The participants expressed that, the whole programme was an eye-opener and inspired them to take further challenges in life with confidence and peace of mind.

In his address to the youth, Swamiji emphasizes that in order to live a good life, the mind and intelligence must be constantly refined and nourished. When the intelligence is used judiciously, it has the capacity to resolve all the problems of the mind. He exhorts all to have an integrated personality, whereby the intelligence is connected to the self within; the mind heeds the guidance of the intelligence and the mind in turn directs the senses appropriately.

Swamiji stresses that the mind and intelligence should be the focus in life. One must employ the intelligence and take up the enquiry—What is the mind? what is the intelligence? what is life? how should I nurture the inner personality? etc.” He urges the youth to live life confidently, joyfully, unshakeably, by understanding and harnessing the power and potential of the mind and intelligence.
