Swamiji begins the Satsang by emphasizing the importance of chanting Omkara. The entire gamut of knowledge and sound is represented by the monosyllable Om. By chanting Om, one is connected to the infinite past, and to one’s infinite potential. It also has a sublimating effect on the mind and the body.

Spirituality is an easy and comfortable pursuit that enables a person to realize the highest potential within. The entire focus of spirituality is the mind, which is the source of all experiences. It is the mind that activates the senses, perceives the world, and interprets all experiences. Everything in life is a creation, effect of the mind.

Aparokshanubhuti says that experiences are made according to the bhava of the mind. By believing that everything is Shoonya (void), the mind becomes blank. By dwelling on Brahman, the mind attains Poornata (fullness). Therefore, one must practice abiding in the inner fullness. When the mind becomes Poorna, the entire world becomes nectarine. Swamiji urges all listeners to make the mind and intelligence the focus of their pursuit, and to practice regular introspection.
