Informal Satsangs with Poojya Swamiji during Delhi Jnana Yajna 2025.
Date: 11 April 2025
Venue: CIRD Delhi
In this Satsang, Swamiji explains that the Self cannot be known through objective sciences. Referring to the Nasadiya Suktam of the Rig Veda, he says that before creation there was neither existence (sat) nor non-existence (asat); the Supreme Reality is beyond both.
This Supreme Presence can be known only when the inner personality is probed into. To realize it, one must turn inward. The senses perceive external objects, while the mind and intellect function in the inner realm.
Kathopanishad says that when the senses, mind, and intellect are completely still, that is the supreme state. Deep sleep hints at this condition, where the world, body, and mind disappear, yet the experiencer remains. Swamiji urges listeners to direct their efforts inward, to deepen sadhana, and strengthen the desire for it through repeated resolve and devotion to the indwelling Lord.
