In this Satsang, Swamiji emphasizes the importance of Shraddha (assiduous application) as a means to attain knowledge. Lack of knowledge indicates a lack of Shraddha. Individuals' abilities to grasp knowledge vary due to differing levels of mental and intellectual application. Lack of Shradda, ignorance and doubt, are the three major obstacles to attaining wisdom.

Activities do not cause bondage to one who has renounced all action through Yoga. One must renounce the delusional clinging (Sanga) to Karma (activity) and the Phala (result). When the sanga is abandoned, one becomes contented and free. Even while performing many intense activities, such a person remains a non-doer. One who engages in activities being free of desires, with regulated mind, senses and intelligence, not expecting any rewards or gifts, such a one does not incur any sin or bondage.

Giving a formula for a fulfilled and joyous life, Bhagavad Gita says that one who is contented with whatever chance brings, who transcends all dualities, who has no sense of competition, who is equal in success and failure, such a person does not get bound by any activity.

Swamiji urges seekers to understand that this Yoga can be practiced by a seeker in any field of life—domestic, professional or social. Every situation gives a seeker an opportunity to practice this mento-intellectual Yoga. It helps the seeker to lead a fulfilling life of peace, freedom and harmony.
