In this satsang, Poojya Swamiji continues to guide us on the wholesome spiritual practice which will lead us to absolute freedom and doubtfreeness.

Swamiji explains that the three states - waking, dream and sleep, appear and disappear in cycles. What appears and disappears cannot be Real. The only truth which shines in all the three is the 'I'; the 'I' alone is displaying its grandeur through the three states. On deeper introspection, we realize that there exists nothing other than 'I'; whatever we experience, whatever we outlive, all of it is a display of the 'I' alone. Nothing is different from 'I' in measure, magnitude or quality. Every presence is only notional. There is no second factor. Consciousness alone is.

This supreme truth has to be comprehended, pursued in our interactions and we must have our identity with it. Our 'nishta' must be to constantly dwell, inhere in this introspection, quest, considering it as our ultimate refuge. This constant abidance will shower best of blessings on us. It will purify and stabilize our mind, and enlighten our intelligence.

When there is nothing other than I, what is there to desire, hate or fear? When no thought is different from the mind, is there anything to be gained or lost by thinking? By dint of this knowledge, the mind stops doing the very mentation. That is the time, Swamiji says, we reach the wonderful state of 'no-mindness', 'Mind transcendence'. It bestows doubtfreeness, supreme quietitude and peace!
