084 – Bhagavad Gita – Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha

In this satsang, Poojya Swamiji enlightens us that the highest spiritual perfection is attained by the renunciation of ego, possessiveness and desires and not the activities themselves. Because of this spirituality is equally available to a householder as to an ascetic.

Swamiji tells us that spirituality is entirely a mento-intellectual pursuit. Its benefits are also for the mind and intelligence - the mind becoming pure and intelligence enlightened. Initially our mind may not be what we want it to be. But it is possible to handle the mind systematically in a beneficial manner. The skill lies in conducting all interactions in such a manner that it enriches and elevates us. It is like remaining afloat in the waves of the world by harnessing our own Spiritual Wisdom!

Live Global Satsang with Spiritual Masters on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday at 8 PM IST/ 10:30 AM EDT/ 10:30 PM MYT
