034 – Bhagavad Gita – Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha – Make Life a Sport – Part 2

2817 Views | 1 year ago

The exploration into sthitaprajna – of being absorbed in the Self – continues with Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha. Drawing from Bhagavad Gita and other scriptures, Swamiji not only describes further this glorious state, but more importantly, leads us along the path to that state and shows us very clearly what follows.

Swamiji addresses a comment by a viewer that too much Sanskrit is being used in the Satsangs. In a mesmerizing combination of blazing confidence and joyful lightness, Swamiji emphasizes that our Spiritual Masters only live and speak of that which is in our ancient texts. When we observe how Swamiji answers any query and handles any situation, with a vigour and brilliance that is weaved all the way through with full love and delight, we need no convincing that imbibing the Knowledge ingrained in the scriptures indeed makes us experience life as nothing but an enjoyable sport.
