In this Satsang, Swamiji discusses the ever-relevant Bhagavad Gita gospel, exhorting all to deeply introspect on the message and apply it in every situation.

In the war field, Sri Krishna exposed Saankhya, the immortal nature of the Soul. But the life of seclusion and inner absorption is not for everyone. So, Krishna presented the path of Yoga, coupled with activity. Sri Krishna told Arjuna that his fitness was not for the exclusive wisdom path. He had to take to Karma Yoga, where he should do all activities without delusional clinging to its outcomes of Sukha and Duhkha. All activity must be done being established in Yoga, leaving all delusional clinging, preserving an even attitude to success and failure.

The spiritual pursuit is one but it has two-fold disciplines (Nishtha)—Jnana Yoga (for knowledge-oriented seekers) and Karma Yoga (for others). The goal and content of both is the same. In both the disciplines, the inner personality is employed. In both the paths, evenness and flexibility of the mind plays a crucial role.

Bhagavad Gita speaks about wholesome Bhakti (devotion), where the devotee offers simple items, besmeared with devotion, to his beloved Lord with regulated senses, moderated mind and purified
intelligence. This is most dear and acceptable to the Lord. But what is the best worship of the all-pervading Lord? One must worship the Universal Lord with all his activities, speech, thoughts and understanding. The Universal Lord is seated in the heart of all beings. Taking wholesome refuge in Him, one must worship Him with all Bhavas (with every product of the mind and intelligence.) Such a worshipper attains ever-lasting peace.

Swamiji concludes by highlighting some of the promises made by Sri Krishna to all seekers, in the Bhagavad Gita.
