In this Satsang, Ma delves into the disciplines, given by Yogi Prabuddha in Srimad Bhagavatam, which will guide a seeker towards liberation. Extolling the attainment of unconditional devotion, he outlines simple steps to attain it. A seeker must take to contemplation on God amidst worldly distractions, fostering love for the divine and withdrawing from attachment to the material world.

Unconditional bhakti or Para Bhakti can help to transform the life of man. How to attain this unswerving love for the Lord? One must take to the habit of reading spiritual texts, singing and chanting the name of the Lord and engage in satsanga. One must move beyond mechanical devotion, aiming for a natural, divine connection where the mind perceives the Lord in all experiences.

All spiritual texts advocate the integration of devotion into daily actions and stress the role of a Guru in guiding spiritual growth. In Bhagavatam, Prahlada's message to his classmates emphasizes the significance of cultivation of devotion at an early age and service to the Guru. When love for the Lord grows, dispassion for the world automatically increases. By the growth of Bhakti and Virakti, one experiences the Lord in oneself, realizes one’s own identity.

The ultimate goal of a seeker is not to have a touch of the Self/Lord in meditation alone. The aim is to feel and experience the Lord everywhere. All spiritual disciplines help us in attaining this spontaneous, natural and unmotivated devotion. Ma emphasizes the importance of constant remembrance of God for purifying the mind and achieving the natural awareness of divinity in all aspects of life.
