In this satsang, Ma continues to enlighten us on the disciplines for attaining liberation from all shackles and constrictions of our mind. Quoting Yogi Prabuddha's exceptional advice to King Nimi, Ma describes the importance of turning our focus away from the perishable objects and fixing it on the imperishable Lord.

In our daily life, we spend so much time in thinking and talking about worldly and inessential matters. This we do despite knowing very well that we will gain only fear, tension, anxiety etc from them. So, we must introspect on this fact and with great enthusiasm take to thinking about the attributes of Atma like limitlessness, taintlessness, formlessness and its eternal nature and also talk and discuss about the glories and excellences of the Lord. This alone is auspicious and virtuous in our life. Ma tells us that this pursuit is very beautiful, sweet, and always fresh. This alone can give us the realization of our own Self and nothing else.

Srihari (God) is the one who removes all impurities. Our devotion to him should never become mechanical, rather it should grow to a spontaneous, unmotivated love for God. This absolutely natural bhakti, sahaja feeling, is the supreme form of devotion in which one becomes identified and absorbed into Self!
