Q and A with Swamini Ma Gurupriya

331 Views | 2 years ago

This is an interactive session between a Business Professional from Singapore, Kavita Seshan and Swamini Ma Gurupriya ji at the “Global Bhagavad Gita Convention—2022.

Ma was a scientist who renounced her profession and dedicated her life to the pursuit of her spiritual goal. Kavita starts off by asking questions on the state of Ma's mind during her early days of intense spiritual seeking.

Through her own experiential wisdom, quoting profusely from Bhagavad Gita, Ma lovingly steers the conversation through the questions posed by Kavita. The listeners get a glimpse of what Ma’s seeking has been, thus understanding the road ahead of them in their own spiritual quest. Kavita, the young MC and the representative of youth, raises some crucial questions, very relevant for today’s millennials.

The questions that were raised in the conversation were:
1) Ma, how did you reconcile the earnest seeking of scientific knowledge in your spiritual quest?
2) Could you please tell us the simplest way to overcome interactional differences?
3) What disposition do you think will help us navigate life’s challenges effectively?
4) How do we realize that this object driven world will not give us lasting happiness?
5) We have touched upon the topic of “Mental Harmony” in many different ways. What would you like the audience to walk away with?

Ma’s answers to these questions fill the listeners with hope, confidence and inspiration.
