In this track, Poojya Swamiji tells us how to bridge the gap between Meditational and Non-Meditational hours through introspection.

By looking at the world, we need not think that it is different or separate from God. World is God alone manifested. We are only one small item in this world. So, we as well as the world are equally divine. When we develop this kind of a comprehensive thinking, we will achieve the same meditational divinity in the non-meditative and active hours too.

Swamiji exhorts us to go on introspecting until we start feeling: “In meditation I am dissociated with activity and interaction. But in wakefulness I am associated with activities and interactions. This association does not in any way change my seeking character or the sādhana I am doing. I have to transform my post-meditational active spell in such a manner that it will continue to be an extension of my meditative sadhana.”
