In this thought-provoking message, Swamiji discusses meditational and non-meditational hours. The purpose of meditation is actually to thin down and resolve all the problems of the mind. We feel like meditating because the pre-meditational spell was agitating, tension producing. In meditation we manage to have a peaceful and poised mind.

But what about the remaining hours of the day? Are we able to bring the same peace and harmony in the interactional hours?

During the interactional hours we have to introspect with a view to handle the mind and make it peaceful, says Swamiji.
