In this message, Swamiji explains what interactional Sadhana is. Every time it is the mind that interacts with the others and receives the interactional impacts and outcomes. It is the mind which sees and interacts with the world. So, the Sadhana has to be one of purification of the mind.

The entire interactional sadhana consists in sublimating raga and dvesha – attraction and repulsion. The sadhana consists in eliminating, dissolving three traits – possessiveness, desire and ego. So, it is for the seeker to sublimate, purify his mind, by his own personal effort.
