In this concluding session, Swamiji takes the participants through the entire Bhagavad Gita, beginning with the three-guna model and concluding with surrender to the Supreme. He explains the sadhana of Bhagavad Gita, which will lead the seeker to the supreme goal of life.

In the human personality, the three gunas of nature function ceaselessly. Motivated by the three gunas, everyone is irresistibly active. While the common man performs all activities under the grip of delusion and clinging, a Knower does all work naturally, for the welfare of the world.

Sublimating Raga (passion), dvesha (hatred), and bhaya (fear), reflecting constantly upon the Lord, one attains Him, getting purified by knowledge austerity. One who has transcended hatred and greed, and remains unaffected by the dualities of life, he transcends all bondage. He is an integrated Yogi, a happy human being. He neither unduly rejoices over the pleasant, nor becomes depressed by the unpleasant; such a person is established in Brahman.

What, then, is the practice of a seeker? Understanding that all activities are designed by nature, he must perform all activities naturally, taking refuge in the Lord. Krishna makes a solemn promise that one who is wholesomely and exclusively devoted to the Lord, he will attain Him. Swamiji urges all participants to transform every activity into wholesome sadhana and offer all activities to the Supreme.
