In this talk, Ma emphasizes the fact that the purpose of human birth is to realize God and to attain unbroken bliss, unaffectedness, stability and fearlessness.

Ma continues to underline the importance of living in the company of a Guru and serving him. Ma says that sadhana in a Guru’s association becomes wholesome when a seeker absorbs the instructions well, assimilates them and tries to apply them in his life.

Ma says that divinizing every moment and every activity is the final goal of spirituality. How to divinize all our activities and interactions? In answer to this query in all minds, Ma says that the regular practice of Japa, meditation and introspection on the soul dimensions are the methods to feel the Divine touch everywhere.

Ma urges seekers to purify and expand their minds by singing the glory of God and hearing about His excellences. Knowing the Lord and the Guru to be one, worship him with full devotion and gratitude, says Ma.
