So far Krishna was using the singular number; but here he uses the plural number with great relevance, indicating that this path of wholesome devotion can be followed by many. If followed with sufficient attention, this applicational devotion constitutes the full path of dharma. The seeker does not have to care for any other codes of conduct. Such devotees become extremely dear to Krishna.

Dharma is that law of living which has the intrinsic power to sustain the practitioner in any situation in life. It is the law of sustenance, power of sustenance. Dharma consists of many codes of conduct, many a discipline, restraint and refinement. All these become redundant for one given to the devotional dharma as detailed by Krishna.

Krishna declares that all those given to this devotional path are extremely dear to him (the Supreme), and are exceedingly blessed.
