In this talk, Swamiji gives clear directions for a seeker of Truth. The Brahma Vidya Sadhana is completely based on the mind and intelligence. The seeker should have a one-pointed focus only on attaining his goal which will lead him to fulfilment.

When a seeker has set upon this path of Self-Realization, all other physical and oral practices need to be outlived. When one has taken up the Brahma vidya Sadhana, then the focus should be primarily on sublimating and purifying the mind. If one is sincere and earnest in attaining the goal, then all the other physical and oral activities will automatically drop off.
