All the interactions proceed from the mind, and the impacts are felt by the mind. Mind is the seat of all thoughts, emotions, feelings of happiness and unhappiness, etc. Such being the case, it is the mind alone which has to be made beautiful, sublime, placid and serene. The whole spirituality is nothing but an effort to improve and strengthen the mind.
