    Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha

In this audio, Swamiji says that the human body stops growing by the age of 21. The growth and enrichment after that, can only be for the mento-intellectual part of our personality. The seeker must make his mind noble and beautiful by constant Vichara or Introspection. The intelligence should examine the functioning of the mind, the thought structure of the mind and evaluate it and see that the mind thinks in a benevolent manner, in a confident manner.

Mind is given to thoughtfulness, raising emotions and the intelligence is supposed to look into the mind, examine the mind processes and bring about improvement. This improvement consists of twin process of eliminating the undesirable and incorporating the desirable.

Shlokas chanted in the Track:

गच्छतस्तिष्ठतो वापि जाग्रतः स्वपतोऽपि वा ।
न विचारमयं चेतो यस्यासौ मृत उच्यते ।।
