Swamiji says that meeting the Guru for the first time and the contact with the Guru, is the most important thing for a seeker of Truth. If one has struck a relationship with the Sadguru, he will be the first and last person to think of his disciple’s welfare. There will be a very natural and irresistible thought and concern in the mind of the Guru for his shishya.

When a seeker goes to the Guru, he seeks the Knowledge of the Self. In addition to the Supreme knowledge, he will also want to discuss how to interact in the world and how to live life without any stress.

Contact with the Guru must be wholesome and special. The disciple must be completely open and straightforward with the Guru. The intimacy with the Guru grows when the disciple is fully open in front of his beloved Guru.
