Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra:
ॐ जूॅं स: ।
त्र्यम्बकं यजामहे सुगन्धिं पुष्टिवर्धनम्‌ ।
उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनान्मृत्योर्मुक्षीय माऽमृतात् ॥
oṃ jūṃ sa: ।
tryambakaṃ yajāmahe sugandhiṃ puṣṭi-vardhanam‌ ।
urvārukam-iva bandhanān-mṛtyor-mukṣīya mā'mṛtāt ॥
Meaning:
We worship Tryambaka (the three-eyed form of Siva/Supreme Lord), who provides us spiritual fragrance and nourishment. May He liberate us from the bondage (fear) of Death as a full-grown melon/cucumber/gourd gets easily and naturally detached from the stem, but never distance us from immortality (bestow us the realization that we are Immortal).

Concluding Verses:
त्वत्पादाम्बुजमर्चयामि परमं त्वां चिन्तयाम्यन्वहं
त्वामीशं शरणं व्रजामि वचसा त्वामेव याचे विभो ।
वीक्षां मे दिश चाक्षुषीं सकरुणां देवैश्चिरं प्रार्थिताम्
शंभो लोकगुरो मदीयमनसः सौख्योपदेशं कुरु ॥
tvatpādāmbujamarcayāmi paramaṃ tvāṃ cintayāmyanvahaṃ
tvāmīśaṃ śaraṇaṃ vrajāmi vacasā tvāmeva yāce vibho ।
vīkṣāṃ me diśa cākṣuṣīṃ sakaruṇāṃ devaiściraṃ prārthitām
śaṃbho lokaguro madīyamanasaḥ saukhyopadeśaṃ kuru ॥
Sivanandalahari 29॥

Meaning:
O Lord, I worship Your lotus feet as the Supreme, I always think about You, and move around taking refuge in You. Through words, I beg from You alone (whatever I need), O Vibhu (Omnipresent) .
O Shambhu, the sole Teacher of all ! Grant me the benedictory glance of Your merciful eyes, which is sought always by even the denizens of the heaven. With your mind thinking about me, instruct me on the path to lasting happiness (contentment).

बालस्य नेह शरणं पितरौ नृसिंह
नार्तस्य चागदमुदन्वति मज्जतो नौः ।
तप्तस्य तत्प्रतिविधिर्य इहाञ्जसेष्टस् -
तावद्विभो तनुभृतां त्वदुपेक्षितानाम् ॥
bālasya neha śaraṇaṃ pitarau nṛsiṃha
nārtasya cāgadamudanvati majjato nauḥ ।
taptasya tatpratividhirya ihāñjaseṣṭas -
tāvadvibho tanubhṛtāṃ tvadupekṣitānām ॥
Srimad Bhagavatam 7.9.19 ||
Meaning:
O Nrsimha! In this world, parents are not truly the refuge for a child; medicine is not the real protection for the sick; a boat cannot save a person drowning in the ocean. O Lord, for the distressed, any available redress in this world is verily not sufficient, if they are disowned by You.
