Vijnaana Nauka speaks about the ultimate non-dual Truth. When there is ignorance, the world shines as real. But the instant the Truth is known, the reality of the world vanishes. When one realizes the Consciousness, the vision or outlook to the world changes. The Truth cannot be conceptualized or conceived by the mind or expressed by words. It is pure, untainted, free of all bondage.

The seeker must reflect on the Self constantly and come to a conviction: ‘The ignorance of which makes the whole world shine as real and the realization of which makes the reality of the world vanish and which is beyond mind and speech-- that absolute, pure, free, unchanging Supreme Brahman am I.’

The Consciousness (Brahman) cannot be identified, described or defined. Whenever something is defined, it becomes a concept of the mind. So, the scriptures take to negating everything that is not the Supreme Truth (neti, neti—not this, not this).

A seeker of Truth must introspect and come to a doubt-free state: ‘That, which is indicated by the statements “not this, not this” (in the Upanishads); which is revealed as ‘Poorna’ in the heart of Rishis in Samadhi, which is One, non-dual, transcending the three states of awareness, that unchanging Supreme Brahman am I.’
