The main hurdle for any seeker is the wrong identification with one’s own body. When one has the body-identity, then the mind becomes possessive about the body, family, friends etc. So, ego and possessiveness are constant factors in one’s mind.

In this track, Swamiji says that a seeker has to improve one’s own mind so that the ego and possessiveness are dissolved or removed. The whole process of removal is by an enquiry or a sadhana in the level of intelligence.
