This is a short benedictory message Poojya Swamiji delivered on the occasion of Saraswati Pooja being observed at SIRD, Malaysia, for the first time.

Poojya Swamiji explains that the body is made of inert matter and cannot generate any experience. It is purely animated by our inner personality, consisting of the mind, intelligence and ego. While the body is nourished by food, what will nourish and develop these inner resources of ours? It is knowledge and knowledge alone. While one may have a lot of physical wealth, the knowledge wealth one possesses makes him far more prosperous in the mind and intelligence. Thus the significance of worshipping Saraswati, the Goddess of Knowledge, cannot be over-emphasised. It directly helps in the development of our inner resources if, Poojya Swamiji underscores, it is performed with full devotion.
