This book is a companion to an audio CD of the same name. This CD is a compilation of recitation which generates and induces a meditative mood in the listeners. Many a seeker use the sound track to lead them in to meditation. As a natural consequence, the need was felt for the written text with shlokas and their meanings. This book fulfills that purpose and the publisher hopes that it helps the earnest seeker to learn and recite shlokas to their hearts content.
