In this audio, Swamiji explains comprehensively that true worship is inner. In the 12th chapter of Bhagavad Gita, Arjuna asks: Who is Superior–One who is involved in devotion or one who reflects upon the Supreme Truth? Sri Krishna clarifies that there is no difference between the two.

The entire message is the same- the seeker must establish the Mind and Intelligence on God. This process of establishing mind and intelligence on God is totally internal, mento Intellectual -a pure Knowledge effort. Here, the worship is in the form of thought, analysis, contemplation, enquiry, rational introspection, without any external material. Worshipping thus itself becomes Manana, Introspection. Krishna says that such a person is living in God, restful in God, and that is the real goal of Devotion.

Shlokas chanted in the Track:

Bhagavad Gita 12.1

Bhagavad Gita 12.8

Bhagavad Gita 10.8
