There is no Bondage

Swamiji, in this track, speaks about bondage and liberation. We are bound and this bondage has to be removed. The whole Ātma jñāna sādhana is meant for that.

The Upanishads say the Ātma is eternally free. It has got no bondage at all. A seeker must understand the nature and character of the soul and know it to be sentient and spatial. Being so, it cannot court any bondage, any time. So, it is not the question of acquiring of liberation, but the understanding that there is no bondage. Understanding that there is no bondage, is true liberation.
