How spirituality has to be pursued, its effects, why people do not pursue it are some of the questions Swamiji poses and answers in this beautiful talk.

Vichaara is truthful introspection in which only the mind and intelligence are at work. In meditation all thoughts are dissolved but in vichara they are vibrant and we reflect upon them. Going into the mind, making the vichara intense and sharp, the intelligence perceives the supreme truth. Introspection on the Subject is a process where the mind and intelligence are alone involved to discover and verify what the mind, meditation, ego are and what is beyond all this! Swamiji urges seekers to get focused on Vichara and understand what happens when Vichara is done.

Shlokas chanted in the Track:

वासनाक्षयविज्ञानमनोनाशा महामते ।
समकालं चिराभ्यस्ता भवन्ति फलदा मुनेः ।।
