Prabhata Rashmih - The Practice of Sadhana

The Growth of a Seeker II

  • The Growth of a Seeker II

    Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha

In this track, Swamiji assures us that a seeker will grow if he can do everything with a spiritual attitude.

The growth is always through the mind and intelligence. There is always a differentiation in the mind that some work is superior to the others. When a seeker wants to grow, he will need to drop this differentiation. It is not the question of what one does, but how one does all activities.

Shlokas chanted in the Track:

परं पौरुषमाश्रित्य नीत्वा चित्तमचित्तताम् ।
तां महापदवीमेहि यत्र नासि न चेतरत् ||
(Yogavasishtha Ramayanam 3.111.20)

अहङ्कारविमूढात्मा कर्ताहमिति मन्यते ।।
(Bhagavad Gita 3.27)
