In this track, Swamiji discusses the quality of sincerity saying that sincerity cannot be one-sided and selfish. You should be able to appreciate the quality of sincerity in others also.

Sincerity has to be wholesome. Sincerity means having a lot of expanse, depth and loftiness to include others and embrace others.
