Prabhata Rashmih - How to Lead Life towards Fulfillment

Seek Contentment from the Mind Alone

Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha

  • Seek Contentment from the Mind Alone

    Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha

It is foolishness to think that any object can create joy. Is joy not an inner creation of the mind alone? If we churn our mind with this knowledge, then undue elation and undue depression will both fled, and the contentment we seek, becomes ours.

Slokas chanted in the track:

(Bhagavad Gita 2.14)

(Bhagavad Gita 3.34)

(Bhagavad Gita 5.20)

(Bhagavad Gita 5.26)

(Bhagavad Gita 13.12)
