Sadhana Means Search, Sadhana Means Research

In this message, Swamiji says that the whole of our Spiritual Sadhana is all about search and research.

A seeker has to look into his/her own mind and understand the nature of the mind. One has to do research on one’s own shortcomings, hurdles, weaknesses and try to overcome them. This is Sadhana.
