Swamiji begins by saying that doing Japa and chanting is superior to worshipping an idol. Worship with the Mind is still more effective than Japa etc. Understanding through the intelligence that there is no existence besides God, is the most superior form of worship.

The entire Sadhana of a seeker is mind-based, intelligence-based. The intelligence must constantly instill qualities and excellences in the mind, that are necessary for a seeker of Truth. Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam present qualities to be cultivated by an earnest Sadhaka. These constitute spiritual wisdom. A seeker must constantly churn the mind with the qualities that will lead him to the Ultimate Knowledge.

Shlokas chanted in the Track:

Mundakopanishad 3.1.5

Srimad Bhaagavatam 11.8.5
