Guru Bhakti and Sraddha

Poojya Swamiji reiterates Shankara’s definition of sraddha as the devotion one has towards scriptures and Guru’s words. If we are able to listen to the Guru with full attention, application and wholesomeness, then we are said to have sraddha towards the Guru. Whenever someone says something true, Poojya Swamiji says if we have full devotion towards what he says, then his instruction will get absorbed into the listener’s system. That total devotion is sraddha.
