From Rituals To Refinement

Swamiji, in this message, exhorts seekers to leave ritualistic practices and take to mento-intellectual refinement and to move from the externals to the internal sphere.

A seeker must ensure that he is conscious of his own mind and intelligence and ensure that they are improved and well-nourished. A stable mind and intelligence will lead to contentment, poise and fulfilment in life.

So, every day the effort must be to enrich and empower the mind and intelligence.
