Enquiry into the Mind is Ordained by Nature

We come to know when a thought or an emotion arises in the mind. All the functions of the mind are experiential. While the functions of the mind are experiential, the functioning substance, how can it be non-experiential?

Swamiji stresses that the focus of a seeker should be to find out what functions as the mind and intelligence. In all the functions of the mind, the Self alone is revealed; in all the functions of the intelligence, the Self alone is revealed. We cannot miss this Revealer Consciousness.
