In this track, Swamiji emphasizes that discipline means watchfulness where one is watching oneself. So, it is a kind of indrawn-ness, infusion, self-instilling process.

Discipline is very important in Spiritual Sadhana. Everything a seeker does, chants or says must have a sublimity and refinement of discipline. A seeker has to deeply introspect over this and bring about the necessary refinement in his/her own personality.
