In the audio, Swamiji urges seekers to understand that Sadhana must be constantly addressed to one’s own qualities, character, behavior and interactions. There must be a constant focus on one’s own mind.

Right at the time of birth, all beings have a strong two-fold delusion, whereby each responds to all contacts and interactions with love and hate, fondness and resentment. By virtuous deeds, the sinful tendencies come to an end and they become freed from the delusion arising out of Iccha and dvesha. Swamiji urges seekers to get into their own mind and address the iccha and dvesha.

Shlokas chanted in the track:

(Bhagavad Gita-7.27)

(Bhagavad Gita-7.28)
