Delve Into the Thought Process

In this talk, Swamiji speaks comprehensively about our Mind, its power and potential. We suffer from ignorance or delusion about the self and our mind. This Ignorance is what is to be removed by proper pursuit of knowledge, by probing into the mind and intelligence and by enquiring about the Self.

What we need is a kind of mind in which all thoughts are always enlightening and informative and not affecting or agitating. By proper introspection, one must understand that mind and its thought are the same in substance. The thought is no different from the mind.

One must be able to delve into the thought process, mind process and understand that there is only one Presence there. A seeker must meditate only to recognize this one presence, exhorts Swamiji.
