In this track, Poojya Swamiji explains the three-Guna philosophy discussed by Sri Krishna in Bhagavad Gita.

Quoting from the 18th chapter of the Gita, Swamiji explains that everyone is unavoidably under the influence of the three gunas. Our mind and the intelligence can live encircled by the guṇās but unaffected by them.

How to remain insulated from the affectation of the Gunas? Swamiji says it can be done only by the knowledge of the Self, which itself is unaffected by the Gunas. A sadhaka will have to remain established in the Self and remain protected by it.

Shlokas chanted in the track:

न तदस्ति पृथिव्यां वा दिवि देवेषु वा पुनः ।
सत्त्वं प्रकृतिजैर्मुक्तं यदेभिः स्यात्त्रिभिर्गुणैः ॥

(Bhagavad Gita-18.40)
