Prabhata Rashmih - The Practice of Sadhana

As One Thinks So One Becomes

Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha

  • As One Thinks So One Becomes

    Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha

Swamiji begins the message by saying that a seeker has to focus on his inner personality–the mind and intelligence. There must be a constant effort to improve the quality of the mind and intelligence.

The law which governs the mind is: “whatever you think, you become.” Whatever you assiduously, consistently think, you will become that. If the mind repeatedly thinks and feels, “I am full, I am abundant, I am content”, it will become so.

Shlokas chanted in the Track:

मुक्ताभिमानी मुक्तो हि बद्धो बद्धाभिमान्यपि ।
किंवदन्तीह सत्येयं या मतिः सा गतिर्भवेत् ॥

Ashtavakra Samhita–1.11
