In this Satsang, Ma speaks about how seekers can grow in devotion, while managing all household responsibilities excellently. Performing all activities, their mind must be constantly focused on the Lord, embraced by divinity. In Srimad Bhagavatam, in the Nimi-Navayogi conversation, nine enlightened sages speak about Bhagavata Dharmas, which will lead to supreme felicity.

Normally, we hold on to our family, possessions, and all the perishable things of the world and the fear of losing them makes us worried and anxious. Instead of external objects, one must hold on to and worship the holy feet of the Lord, which will bestow fearlessness. Whatever is done with the body, speech, mind, senses, and intelligence, must be dedicated/offered to the Lord.

Bhagavatam says that one must seek the association of a Guru, who is self-realized, who is well-versed in scriptures. By the fond association of the wise people, who are free from desires, by serving them lovingly, all desires fall off and desire for liberation dawns. Guided by the Guru, one must slowly
strive for detachment from the thoughts of body, family, and possessions.
