In this audio, Swamiji underlines the basic sadhana for a seeker of Truth saying that the entire Sadhana is based on the mind and intelligence.

A seeker has to look into his own mind and find out what are the desires lurking there. Through a process of introspection, he has to understand that it is the mind that desires, it is the mind that puts up efforts to achieve the desired object and the satisfaction of the result also is felt only in the mind. Understanding this, he can dispense with all desires.

The seeker has to understand that everything is mind-born and inner. Through this Sadhana, the mind is always in tune with its own essence. This will lead to a state of inner sublimity and poise.

Shlokas chanted in the Track:

(Vivekachudamani–361)

(Vivekachudamani-372)
